Workload: 96 (3 days per week à 8 hours)
Location: Fully remote (first weeks in the office for onboarding in Amsterdam)

Your Job Description

You will develop and execute comprehensive email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention
You'll use the Bloomreach Engagement platform to its full potential, creating targeted campaigns and insightful customer analytics
You are tasked with optimizing and refining current campaigns and automation workflows with a focus on technical and logical enhancements
You'll consult cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader marketing goals
You analyze campaign performance and customer data to continuously improve and personalize the customer journey

Your qualification profile

You should have proven experience as a CRM Marketer, preferably in a senior role
You must be proficient in Marketing Automation tools and strategies, driving customer engagement and retention
You should possess in-depth knowledge of the Bloomreach Engagement platform
You need to be proficient in English as it's mandatory for the role
You must be able to adapt easily in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with short deadlines
